Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, carrier delays, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. CJust Co., LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help when reasonable and possible.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

We reserve the right to review each issue before approving a replacement, refund, or other resolution. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition unless the issue relates to damage or defect upon arrival.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size ordered, wrong color selected, duplicate orders, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or personal preference.
